About Programme


The Executive Diploma in Business Administration (EDBA) programme is an executive programme that specially designed for people who are currently working and interested in furthering their education in the field of Business Administration. Its goal is to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of the K-Economy and business world.

From the employer point of view, the EDBA programme is exclusively catered for any organizations that wish to educate its employee in enhancing their career development. This is another positive way of appreciating the commitment, loyalty and devotion that the employees have delivered for the success of the organization.


The programme objectives are:

  1. To help individuals develop their knowledge and skills to become global managers and outstanding business leaders.
  2. To prepare individuals for a career in business management by delivering modern management skills and tools.
  3. To educate and empower individuals and organisations to meet business challenges.
  4. To build up individual’s personal confidence in the ability to communicate clearly in speech, writing and other appropriate modes of expression.

Duration of Programme

The duration of the programme is three(3) semesters which is equal to one and half year (1 ½) years.

Day : Alternate weekends (Sat & Sun)
Time : 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Assessment Method

Continuous Assessment : 50% – 70%
Final Assessment : 30% - 50%

Entry Requirement

The entry requirements are as follows:

SPM/MCE STPM Diploma/Degree
  • Passed SPM with three (3) credits including English and
  • Two(2) years working experience
  • Passed STPM with at least two (2) principal passes ; and
  • One (1) years related working experience
  • Degree / Diploma in any field
